Training Nights

We will have our first conditioning workout on Thursday July 10th from 7:00-8:15 or so at the North Cobb high school track. Team members are expected to be there unless otherwise clearly communicated to me via e-mail. We will do a combination of distance and interval running along with plyometrics and speed work. BRING WATER and sneakers. Cleats and a ball are not necessary just yet. For those of you that are working please set aside Thursday evenings for training until early August and then the weekly practice schedule will be set. Depending on how things go we may add a second evening, possibly Mondays. Thanks and take care.
