Captain

As discussed at practice tonight I am looking for your "vote" as to who our team captain should be. I will be electing one player based on what I have seen. The other captain comes from your vote. Everyone must vote by Thursday's practice. You can do this via e-mail or by writing it down and giving it to me. This is not a popularity contest, you are electing the person who you think has the best leadership qualities and who you would be willing to listen to without attitude. Good leaders lead by example. Most importantly, this person should be fair and extremely positive with the team's success in mind.
Lastly, don't just write down a name, I need opinions as to why you are voting for that particular person.
